What To Expect during your session
Start your session with a fresh rinse in your bathroom
Change into your swimwear
Start your session a max of 20 minutes in the dry heat sauna
Following the sauna, rinse off in the shower station
Step into the Cold Plunge and plunge for up to 3 minutes
Post Cold Plunge, rest for a few minutes
Repeat steps 3-6 until your session is over.
